Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 August 2026

The short version: everything you do inside the Anchor app stays on your device — we can't see your routines, your progress, or your streak. The only personal data we hold is what you choose to send us: your waitlist email, and any messages you send through the app or this website. We use it to launch Anchor, reply to you, improve the product, and tell you about Anchor. We never sell it.

Who we are

Anchor is made by Pixel Patch Ltd, trading as Ready Set Web ("we", "us"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us any time through the contact form in the app's Settings or the forms on this website.

What the app stores — and where

The Anchor app is local-first. Your routines, completed steps, focus sessions, "days shown up" history, settings, and the profile details you enter during onboarding (name, and optionally email and phone number) are stored on your device only. They are not uploaded to us or anyone else. There is no account and no analytics tracking inside the app.

Deleting the app, or using Settings → Start fresh, permanently erases this data from your device. We couldn't recover it for you even if you asked, because we never had it.

What we collect, and why

Where it's processed

Form submissions are processed and stored in our Google Workspace (Google acts as our processor and doesn't use your data for its own purposes). We don't sell or rent personal data, and we don't share it with anyone else except where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or until the list has served its purpose, then deleted. Support conversations are kept for as long as needed to help you and to keep a record of how Anchor is improving, and reviewed periodically for deletion.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us at any time to:

Just message us through any contact form and we'll act on it promptly. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Children

Anchor is designed for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change meaningfully affects how we use your data, we'll tell waitlist subscribers directly.
