Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 25 August 2026

These terms apply to the Anchor mobile app and the anchorroutines.com website, operated by Pixel Patch Ltd, trading as Ready Set Web ("we", "us"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. By using the app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use Anchor — no hard feelings.

What Anchor is — and isn't

Anchor is a wellbeing and productivity tool: visual routines, a focus timer, and gentle progress tracking, designed with ADHD adults in mind.

Anchor is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for ADHD or any other condition. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. If you're concerned about your health, please speak to your GP or a specialist.

Using Anchor

What "Lifetime" means

Anchor+ Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks Anchor+ for as long as Anchor exists as a product — "lifetime" refers to the app's lifetime, not yours (we hope yours is much longer).

Anchor works entirely on your device and doesn't depend on our servers. That means if we ever stop updating Anchor, everything you've unlocked keeps working for as long as your device and its operating system can run the app. What we can't promise is forever: like any software, Anchor may one day be discontinued or stop being compatible with future devices. If we ever discontinue it entirely, we'll say so with reasonable notice rather than quietly disappearing.

The waitlist and our emails

Joining the waitlist means we'll email you about Anchor's launch and occasional updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is instant and final. How we handle your data is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Service and availability

We work hard to keep Anchor calm, stable, and available, but we provide the app and website "as is" and can't promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time; if a change meaningfully reduces what Anchor+ subscribers have paid for, we'll tell you and you can cancel.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Anchor. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

Ending things

You can stop using Anchor at any time — deleting the app removes your data from your device. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above always shows the current version, and meaningful changes will be flagged in the app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions? Message us through the contact form in the app's Settings or on this website — we read everything.
